ADMINISTRATION & PROJECT MANAGER
- Project manager for the planning and promotion of yearly live & online events. Includes venue research and organisation/ liaison, managing payments/budget.
- Event and teacher training acquisition, administration, customer services, management of admin team.
- Collating content for marketing collateral, management of team, graphic design, web design, social media etc.
- Creation of marketing collateral, managing the revisions and amendments until final sign off.
- Knowledge of email provider such as Mailchimp, Active Campaign. Mailout management.
- General responsibility for workflow of the Alchemy team.
- Requesting and managing any special offers and opportunity for call to actions on other campaigns, e.g webinar, mailouts
- Arrangement and running of meetings, diarising events and meetings for the team
- Write up of meetings
- Social media & website management with team, analytics, increasing costumer following and engagement metrics.
- Creation of company operations manual. Maintaining, improving company systems
- Webinar hand over – set up – promo run – after care
- Database management, customer work flow
- Weekly webinar management, acquisition.
